　　1、 want sb.to do sth. 意为“想要或人做某事”。

　　否定方式为：want sb. not to do sth. 想让或人不要做某事

　　want的用法还有： want sth. 想要什么

　　want to do sth. 想要做某事

　　She wants a cup of tea. 她想要一杯茶。

　　They want to go home. 他们想要回家。

　　He wants me to help him. 他想要我帮他。

　　【拓宽】 want后接动词不定式时，相当于would like。

　　want (sb.)to do sth.=would like (sb.)to do sth.

　　2、 be good for 意为“对…有优点，对…有优点”，介词for后接名词或代词。其反义词为be bad for，意为“对…有坏处”。
